I purchased the phone through metroPCS. Both the sales person and the contract that was signed indicated that I could retrieve my email (gmail) and browse the internet unlimited. I live in Cambridge between Harvard and MIT. So the signal is no problem. I have spent hours in the store with different associates trying to open the "apps" to allow me to perform the tasks I'm paying for. No luck. I had difficulty with my voice mail as well. In the store I was told that the voice mail would be reset, and I was to wait an hour, then press 1 and follow the prompts. No luck. My phone came out of a white box with no manual. The price is right, and I'm usually in a major city. Therefor the service is perfect for me. The problem is no one seems to know how to use or set up this phone. I would like at least a manual sent PDF if possible.
